There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

"Hi Amolak;
Amolak was very professional in dealing with us, from both a selling and buying point. He was very patient with us when we were deciding to sell our homes, indicating what he thought would be a fair price to list our homes at. For Thomas's house, when very few offers came in for his house, Amolak in an discreet manner suggested a lower price to list his home at. When this was done, an offer came in shortly thereafter. Even though the offer was very low, Amolak stood by his ground and informed Thomas to stay the course as the offers would increase in time, which it did. For Agnes house, an offer came in very early, but the prospective buyers were making demands that at times put the sale in jeopardy. Once again Amolak stood his ground and worked through these demands in a calm and proactive manner.

Amolak did his homework in looking for homes in Burlington. He picked us up in Brampton and Mississauga, and drove us to Burlington on several occassions. Amolak listened to what we wanted to see in a home, the price range we were willing to buy at, told us what he thought was good about a home, and as well the shortcomings of the home. When a bid for a home was put in by Amolak for us, Amolak kept us appraised the situation in a timely manner. This lead us to purchase a home in Burlington which we really wanted and didn't want to lose. Amolak was also present during the house appraisal stage and was willing to make an amendment to the offer to purchase the home in Burlington when it was determined that there was no dishwasher and proper shower facilities in the basement bathroom.

Amolak was a joy was to deal with, hard working, and honest and has become a person whose opinion we value and trust. We would recommend Amolak to anyone who is looking for an Real Estate agent to represent them in selling and buying a home.
